摘要
以硼酐为主,加入少量冰晶石和氟硼酸钾的盐浴具有流动性好、渗速快等优点。渗硼层的厚度随电解时间的延长而缓慢增加,随电流密度的升高呈直线增加。X射线衍射分析表明,在低温条件下,渗硼层的组织主要由FeB和Fe2B组成。动力学分析证明,低温渗硼的决定性因素仍是扩散。
