摘要
本文在酸性的氯化物熔盐体系中,通过一系列探索性试验和霍尔试验确定了获得光亮性Al-Mn合金镀层的工艺条件,同时也研究了不同组成的Al-Mn合金镀层的表面形貌,微观结构和性能,结果表明:在实验条件下,熔盐组成和阴极电流密度对镀层的光亮性,表面形貌,镀层成分以及镀层结构和性能均有很大影响。具有非晶态结构的光亮性Al-Mn合金镀层呈现出较高的耐蚀性和硬度。
In system of chloride molten salts,technological conditions to obtain bright Al-Mn alloy coatings were determined by a series of trial experiments and Hall-cell tests The surface morphology,microstructure and the properties of the coatings were also studied It is showed that the bath composition and cathode current densities have a great effect on the brightness,surface morphology composition,microstructure and properties of the coatings Al-Mn alloy coatings with amorphous structure showed higher corrosion resistance and hardness
