摘要 针对超弹性密封材料的特点,采用增强的拉格朗日接触算法,对阀门密封结构中的M形橡胶圈进行了非线性有限元分析,给出不同位移压缩下密封界面上的接触压应力以评价密封性能,并对影响密封性能的密封基座的工艺因素进行了讨论,为阀门密封件的设计、优化提供理论依据。提出了超弹性接触类问题的有限元求解法,包括模型的简化、橡胶材料参数的确定以及如何选用合适的接触算法。 According to the characteristics of hyperelastic sealing material, augmented Lagrange contact method was applied to analyze the M-sealing ring used in valve. Different contact pressures in different displacement compression were provided to evaluate the sealing performance. And the processing influence of sealing pedestal was also discussed. It put forward some theoretical rules for the design and optimization of valve sealing structure. Meanwhile, it provides systematically the finite element solution of hyperelastic contact problem, including the simplification of physical model, the certification of rubber material parameters and the right election of contact algorithms.
