摘要
针对某车辆改换发动机总成后,在怠速工况下横向晃动过大的现象,利用ADAMS建模,分析发现原悬置系统与改换后的发动机总成不匹配。因此,利用ADAMS的优化和仿真试验功能,确定出悬置系统的改进设计参数。试验表明,改进后的悬置系统有效地解决了存在的问题。
Aimed at some vehicle whose engine was replaced, excessive shake under the idle condition was represented, after modelling and analyzing by ADAMS, the mismatching between the original mounts system and the changed ones were found. Therefore, identify the improvement parameters of mount system through optimization and simulation tests of ADAMS. Test results show that improved mounts system can solve the existent problems effectively.
