摘要
基于亚硝酸根离子在硫酸介质中催化溴酸钾氧化罗丹明6G使其荧光强度降低的反应,建立了快速、灵敏、简便的催化动力学流动注射荧光光度法测定亚硝酸根的新方法。方法的检测限为3.5μg/L,线性范围为8.0~100.0μg/L,进样频率为65次/h。该方法已用于水样中亚硝酸根的测定并获得了令人满意的结果。
A flow injection kinetic method has been developed for the determination of nitrite,based on its catalytic effect on bromate oxidation of rhodamine 6G in H 2SO 4 medium.The reaction is followed fluorimetrically by measuring the decrease in fluorescence intensity at λ ex / λ em =519nm549nm The sampling frequency was 65h -1 .The calibration curve was linear beteen 8.0 and 100.0μg/L,and the detection limit was 3.5μg/L.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of nitrite in waters with satisfactory results.
