摘要
就业是人民维持生活的一个基本途径,是劳动者与社会及他人之间相互沟通的平台。我国法律明文规定妇女享有与男子平等的就业权,然而在现实社会中,妇女就业权被不公平对待的现象仍屡屡发生。从我国妇女就业权的法律现状入手,并具体分析了我国妇女就业权被限制的法学、经济学、社会学三个方面的因素,进一步有针对性地提出保护我国妇女就业权的对策。
Employment, as an essential way for people's living, is a platform on which laborers can communicate with others and with the society. It scarcely needs to be argued that in law women have equal rights to obtain employment as men. However, in the real society, the phenomenon that women are treated unequally takes place frequently. In this thesis, this phenomenon is presented and the causes are analyzed in detail from three raain facets, such as law, economics and sociology, and finally some suggestions are put forward about how to protect women's employment right.
