摘要
目的评价静注顺式阿曲库铵对同步监测的眼轮匝肌和拇内收肌的肌松效应。方法择期气管内全麻ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级患者20例,静注0.10mg/kg(2ED95)顺式阿曲库铵,用两台加速度肌张力监测仪同步监测眼轮匝肌和拇内收肌。结果眼轮匝肌和拇内收肌的起效时间分别为(194±40)s和(187±39)s,无反应期为(14.31±3.78)min和(23.73±7.40)min(P<0.01),T125%恢复时间为(31.08±8.14)min和(36.71±8.47)min(P<0.05),T175%恢复时间为(46.22±9.07)min和(49.76±11.11)min。结论用于监测中等药量顺式阿曲库铵的肌松效应,拇内收肌效果更好。
Objective To compare the muscle relaxant effects of cisatracuronium' on the orbicularis oculi and adductor pollicis. Methods Twenty patients undergoing elective operations under general anesthesia were given 0.10 mg/kg of cisatracuronium (2ED95) intravenously for endotracheal intubation during induction. Two acceleromyography (TOF-Watch sx) were used to determine the neuromuscular blockade of the orbicularis oculi and adductor pollicis simultaneously. Results The onset times for orbicularis oculi and adductor pollicis relaxation were (194 ±40) s and ( 187 ± 39 ) s, the no-response period (14. 31±3.78) min and (23.73±7.40) min (P〈0.01) ,the recovery time to 25% of T1 (31.08±8.14) min and (36.71±8.47)min (P〈0.05) ,and the recovery time to 75% of T1 (46.22±9.07) min and (49.76±11.11) rain respectively. Conclusion The adductor pollicis is a better site for monitoring the muscle relaxant effect'of cisatracuronium in moderate dose.
