摘要
探讨应用NY-05变性淀粉对苎麻织物的上浆工艺,苎麻纱毛羽长,纱线脆硬,浆纱中贴伏毛羽、保持纱线伸长是关键。采用以NY-05变性淀粉62.5 kg、PVA18.5 kg、柔软剂2 kg的配方对苎麻27.8/27.8 205/228品种进行上浆,提高了浆膜的弹性和耐磨性,浆纱毛羽明显减少,织机效率显著提高,用浆成本降低,经济效益显著。
Sizing processing of ramie fabric with NY-05 modified starch was discussed, ramie yarn has long hairiness and high fragility, the key in sizing is covering hairiness and confining yarn elongation. Formula of NY-05 modified starch 6, 25 kg, PVA 18.5 kg, softening agent 2 kg was adopted in sizing ramie 27.8/27.8 205/228 variety, elasticity and abrasion resistance of size film are enhanced, sizing hairiness are reduced evidently, loom efficiency is enhanced evidently, sizing cost is reduced, economic benefit is increased evidently.
