现代科学和高新技术的应用给蔬菜科技发展、生产管理和市场建设带来了新的发展机遇。蔬菜专业人才的培养,是促进科学进步、提高劳动力素质、建立蔬菜科技先导型企业的重要任务,是科教兴农的重要任务。蔬菜现代化建设是应用现代工程技术装备农业,现代生物技术武装农业,现代信息技术管理农业。实现蔬菜现代化的关键是复合型专业人才和劳动力的素质培养,能力培养。必须从农业发展战略的高度认识蔬菜人对培养的重要性和迫切性。应根据21世纪蔬菜科技发展的目标确定蔬菜专业人才的培养目标,培养面向未来、面向世界、面向现代化的跨世纪的蔬菜专业人才。
With the development of hi - tech, great changes have being taken place in vegetable research, production, management and marketing. It is very important that the specialists and well - trained farmers are needed in the field of vegetables. They arc required to know about life science, information, microelectronics and material science etc. They arc also rcquiercd to have the abiliy of hi - tech application in vegetable breeding, cultivation and administration.
