摘要
乳腺癌的发生、发展是多种遗传学改变的结果,涉及到多种基因的异常,其中包括多种抑癌基因,这些基因在乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。通过研究和识别这些抑癌基因,对乳腺癌的早期诊断、预后评价以及基因治疗具有重要意义。
The occurrence and development of breast cancer in-volves many kinds of genetic changes, and there are many gene vari-ations in the whole course including many antioncogenes. These an- tioncogenes play an important role in the course of occurrence and development of breast cancer. Investigation and verification of these antioncogenes lie specially significance in early diagnosis, prognosis evaluation and gene treatment of breast cancer.
