摘要
目的探讨低年级医学生自尊水平与其心理健康状况之间的关系。方法采用整群抽样方法,选取某医学院大一,大二学生共1089人,对其采用自尊量表(SES)测试自尊水平和症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试心理健康状况。结果低年级医学生心理问题的检出率为53.17%。高自尊组学生与低自尊组学生SCL-90各因子与总得分差异均有显著性意义(p<0.05);且自尊水平与SCL-90各因子和SCL-90总得分均呈现负相关。SCL-90中人际关系敏感、抑郁、偏执3个因子进入logistic回归模型。其中,偏执为自尊水平保护因素,其余为危险因素。结论低年级医学生心理健康状况越好,自尊水平越高。因此,在对低年级医学生进行心理健康教育时,应重视对其自尊心理进行考察、评定和培养。
Objective To explore the relationship between self - esteem and mental health in junior medical students. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 1089 students from grade one to grade two in a medical college. Self - Esteem Scale (SES) was used to evaluate the level of self - esteem and symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used to evaluate the condition of mental health. Results The detection rate of mentality problem is about 53.17% in junior medical students. The score of all factor of SCL -90 and the total score had significant difference between the high self- esteem group and the low self- esteem group (p 〈 0.05) ; The level of self- esteem had significantly negative correlation with each factor of SCL - 90 and the total score of SCL - 90 in medical college students. The factors of interpersonal rapport sensitivity, depression and crankiness enter the logistic model. Crankiness is the protect factor of self - esteem, and others are the risk factor. Conclusion The better the condition of mental health,the higher the level of self - esteem was in junior medical students. Therefore, we must pay more attention to students' self - esteem, and to assess and cultivate their self - esteem when educating junior medical students on mental health.
