摘要
介绍了质量功能配置方法,选择了同一工况下的蝶阀和偏心半球阀作为研究和比较的对象,对这2种阀门进行了流阻性能试验,得到了流阻系数曲线。针对阀门类产品建立质量屋,提出了基于流阻性能试验来确定关键技术特征目标值的方法,为阀门的新产品开发或老产品改进提供了科学依据。
Introduces quality functiondeployment. As an example, under the same working conditions butterfly valves and eccentric hemisphere valves are chosen as the objects for the study and comparison. Flow resistance experiment is conducted for these two kinds of valves, and flow resistance coefficient curves are gained. Aiming at the valve product the house of quantity is built up. The method for determining the characteristic target of key technique based on functional experiment of flow resistance is put forward, which provides scientific evidence for the development of new valves or the improvement of old product.
