Yunnan, as the important tie of China -ASEAN communication, has a special position and function in China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. In the omni-directional, multi-level, wide-ranging cooperation and associating in the future, the demand for the talent of ASEAN is great. There are important realistic and theoretic meanings to study the personnel training of Yunnan which faces to ASEAN.
