摘要
在商业Inconel718合金中存在3种成分非常接近的析出相:δ-Ni3Nb(Ti,Al),γ″-Ni3Nb(Ti,Al)和γ′-Ni3Al(Ti,Nb),而且在标准热处理状态下,析出相很小,即使运用EDAX微区成分分析方法也难以区分.尽管3种析出相结构不同,但γ″相的3种变体和δ相的12种变体导致两者众多衍射斑点的重合,增加了实验鉴别的困难.通过矩阵变换,研究了这两种析出相衍射斑点的重合位置。
In the commercial Inconel 718 alloy, there exist three precipitates: γ′ Ni 3Al(Ti,Nb),γ″ Ni 3Nb(Ti,Al) and δ Ni 3Nb(Ti,Al). As their compositions are so approximate and the precipitates are so fine in the standard heat treatment state, that it is difficult to identify them by EDAX microanalysis. Furthermore, though their structures are different, the experimental identification is still difficult to make for the overlapping of some electron diffraction spots between three variants of γ″ phase and twelve variants of δ phase precipitated from the matrix γ phase. For that reason, the spot overlapping of precipitates is investigated by matrix transformation in this paper, from which a reliable identified method of grain boundary precipitates has been found.
