摘要
以热流分析为基础,估算了Ni原子分数分别为53%和72%的NiAl金属间化合物快速凝固过程中的冷却速率,研究了合金比热、熔化潜热及结晶温度间隔等对冷却速率的影响.结果发现,NiAl金属间化合物快速凝固过程中的冷却速率在2.56×104~8.02×105K/s之间.快速凝固开始后的冷却速率将有所下降。
The cooling rates of melt spun Al 53%Ni ̄Al 72%Ni intermetallics are calculated based on the theory of heat flux, and the effects of C p、Δ H m and Δ T 1 on the cooling rates are investigated. The results show that the cooling rates lie in the range of 2.56×10 4 ̄8.02×10 5 K/s during the melt spun process. The cooling rates are dropping down after rapid solidification initiates, and the drop relates with Δ H m and Δ T 1.
