摘要
以激励机制设计理论为基础,通过对大型公共建筑节能激励目标、激励对象、激励模式的研究,建立起以需求为导向的大型公共建筑节能激励机制,提出了分阶段的、针对不同市场主体的经济激励方案,对全面推动大型公共建筑节能工作具有重要意义。
Based on the incentive mechanism design theory, through an analysis of incentive goals, objects and models of large-scale public building in energy efficiency, sets up a demand-oriented incentive mechanism. Proposes economic incentive programs phased and faced to different market players in order to promote energy efficiency of large-scale public buildings.
