摘要
目的探讨高校教师工作压力状况及与职业倦怠的关系。方法采用自编的高校教师工作压力调查表和国际通用的Maslach倦怠量表(MBI—HSS)对522名在职教师进行调查。结果高校教师主要压力源位于前三位的是工资和福利待遇不佳(328人,62.8%)、被科研和文章等问题搞得筋疲力尽(318人,60.9%)、付出和得到的不成比例(316人,60.5%)。中等压力组、高压力组及极高压力组的教师分别占所调查总数的33.3%、33%、9.6%。校教师职业倦怠(情绪衰竭、低成就感、去个性化)与工作压力相关显著。结论高校教师存在一定程度的工作压力;高校教师工作压力与职业倦怠存在着相关关系。
Objectives Probe into the relationship between the job stress and burnout of university teachers. Methods 522 Jilin University teachers were assessed by questionnaires about job stress and MBI - HSS. Results The main top 3 stress source of university teachers are the low wages and welfares(328 teachers occupied 62.8% ) ; scientific research and article make university teachers tired out (318 teachers occupied 60.9% ) ;pays does not proportion obtains ( 316 teachers occupied 60.5% ) ; The intermediate pressure group, the high pressure group, the extremely high pressure group of university teachers respectively are 33.3% , 33% and 9.6% ; The correlation between university teachers' burnout which include emotional exhaustion, reduced accomplishment, depersonalization have negative effects to job stress. Conclusion The job stress that exists in university teachers; University teacher' s job stress is correlated with burnout.
