摘要
目的:研究星状神经节阻滞对治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择临床确诊为不稳定型心绞痛患者79例,随机分为星状神经节阻滞治疗组40例和对照组39例,治疗组在对照组常规抗血小板聚集、抗凝、硝酸酯类、β-受体阻滞等治疗基础上,加用1%利多卡因10ml星状神经节阻滞,每日1侧,两侧交替进行,1周为1个疗程。结果:临床治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为79.5%,两组对比有显著差异。结论:星状神经节阻滞治疗不稳定型心绞痛取得良好的效果,值得推广应用。
Objective： To research the clinical curative effect of curing the unstable anginal by stellate ganglion block. Methods： 79 patients was have been definitely diagnosed the unstable angina selected, random sampling 40 patients for the curing group cured by stellate ganglion block, the other 39 patients as the control group. On the basic of common curing by platelet aggregation inhibitor, anticoagulant, motroc acod ester and β-receptor block, for the curing group, use 10ml 1% lidocaine as the additional curing than the comparing group, each side one day and alternately. One week was a course of treatment, Results： The total efficiency of the clinical curing group was only 79.5%. The difference of the two groups was notable. Conclusion： Cured the unstable angina by stellate ganglion block could obtain good results. It might be worthly to popularize and apply.
