摘要
通过旋涡气泵的排气过程来模拟柴油机尾气排放过程,实验研究气体经过多孔介质材料的流动性能即渗透率和惯性系数,采用FLUENT软件模拟仿真气体在多孔介质材料中的压力和速度变化情况,为最终实现对捕集器的性能设计提供依据。
Through the exhausting process of the whirlpool air pump to simulate the discharge process of the sweep gas from the diesel engine, the flow mechanism that is permeability and inertia coefficient of the gas passing through the porous medium material was studied by experiments. The FLUENT software was used to carry on the simulation about fluctuation of pressure and speed when the gas passes through the porous medium material,in order to finally provide reference for realizing the performance design of the trap.
