摘要
基于TBD234V6柴油机,设计出根据柴油机工况和负载的变化而改变PID参数进行自适应控制的数字式电子调速系统,并进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,该控制策略提高了柴油机调速系统的响应速度,改善了数字式电子调速器的稳态性能,为动态性能的提高奠定了基础。
Base on the TBD234V6 diesel engine, a digital electronic governor was designed adopting self-adaptive PID control strategy. PID parameters can be changed along with different operating conditions of the engine. Experiment results show that the control strategy makes the speed-control system of the diesel engine more quick response to the conditions changing, improves the steady performance of the governor.
