摘要
利用刚果红选择平板和以特异性的作用底物作碳源进行液态发酵测定酶活相结合的方法,从草鱼肠道内筛选出了1株能产纤维素酶的细菌菌株,并对筛得菌株的液态发酵产酶条件进行了研究,初步确定菌株产酶的最佳培养条件:以1%(质量与体积比)羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)为碳源,以1%(质量与体积比)的蛋白胨为氮源,初始pH值为7,37℃,180 r/min条件下培养48 h。
A bacterial strain is isolated from the digestive tract of grass carp by using Congo red medium and various carbon sources.Research on cellulase producing conditions of the screened bacterial strains in liquid state fermentation is conducted.The optimal culture condition follows: 1%(w/v) CMC-Na as carbon source;1%(w/v) peptone as the nitrogen source;initial medium pH value 7.0;optimal culture temperature 37℃;48 hours in 180 r/min.
