摘要
本文通过采用不同涂饰材料对动植物纤维混抄纸(简称:皮革纸)表面进行一系列的修饰研究,探讨了各种涂饰剂对皮革纸的机械强度、光泽、手感以及耐水、耐油、耐脏污、耐化学试剂等性能的增强作用,从而使这种纸制品在一定程度上兼具皮革和纸品的双重特性。在此基础上,进一步研究了皮革纸涂饰层的图案压花技术,赋予皮革纸更为美观多样的外观特性和特殊的使用功能,从而开发研制出具有光明应用前景的高档皮革涂饰纸产品。
In this article, through study of using surface of paper mixing zoology and botany fiber ( a series of dress agents to decorate the abbreviation: leather-paper), discussed the performance of each kind of dress agent in preparation to enhance some characteristics of leather paper, such as mechanical strength, gloss, handle as well as water-resistant, oil- proof, stain-resistance, chemical-resistance function , thus caused the leather paper in the certain degree concurrently leather and paper double grading. In this case, further studied technology of embossing pattern on the surface of coated leather-paper, by this way, entrusting with the leather-paper more artistic appearance and special useful fields, at the result of developing high grade embossed leather paper product with bright prospect in the near further.
