摘要
[目的]研究某天麻素制品对小鼠睡眠的改善作用。[方法]健康雌性ICR小鼠每天经口灌胃给予某天麻素制品(125,250,750mg/kg),观察直接睡眠作用,连续给予受试物30d后进行延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验、巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验和巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验。[结果]该天麻素制品可显著延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01),缩短由巴比妥钠诱导的睡眠潜伏期(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01),但未见该天麻素制品的直接睡眠作用和对巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠作用的影响(P﹥0.05)。[结论]该天麻素制品对小鼠具有一定的改善睡眠作用。
[ Objective ] To investigate the sleep improvement effect of a kind of Gastrodin production on mice. [ Methods] Healthy ICR femal mice were gavaged with the Gastrodin production (125, 250, 750 mg/kg) every day, and the direct sleeping effect of the test material was observed. 30 days later, the sleep extending test with Sodium Pentobarbital, the sleep-producing test with subthreshold dose of Sodium Barbital and the incubation period test with Sodium Pentobarbital were conducted. [Results] The Gastrodin production could significantly prolong the sleeping time induced by Sodium Pentobarbital (P 〈 0.05, P〈 0.01 ), and significantly shorten the incubation period induced by Sodium Barbital (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), while the direct sleeping effect of the Gastrodin production and its effects on sleep-producing action of Sodium Barbital at sub-thresh- old dose were not observed (P〉 0.05). [Conclusions] The Gastrodin production could improve sleep of mice to a certain degree.
