摘要
[目的]探讨老年人认知功能下降的影响因素。[方法]采用简易智能量表(Mini mental state examination,MMSE)对山西省太原市典型抽样的1065例60岁及以上老年人进行了认知功能评定,通过自行设计的调查表对老年人的一般状况和生活方式等进行了调查。[结果]在单因素分析中,年龄、性别、受教育情况、婚姻状况、吸烟、饮酒、锻炼、收缩压和体重指数与MMSE得分均有统计学关联。在多因素分析中,受教育情况、年龄、性别、常锻炼、体重指数和MMSE得分有统计学关联。[结论]对老年人认知功能的可干预性影响因素进行干预,可以对老年人认知功能下降起到一级预防、提高生命质量的作用。
[Objective] To explore the influential factors of the descent of cognitive function of aged people. [Methods] A total of 1065 people aged more than 65 years by typical sampling in Taiyuan were surveyed with a self-designed health status questionnaire and MMSE. [ResultsJ Univariate analysis showed that educational level, sex, age, marriage, smoking, drinking, exercises, BMI and systolic pressure were related to the elders＇ cognition, While muhivariate analysis showed that educational level, sex. age, physical exercise and BMI were possible the influential factors of the elder＇s cognition. [Conclusions] It is suggested that implementing intervention on transformable risk factors can prevent the descent of the elders＇ cognition and improve their quality of life.
