摘要
运用文献、调查、对比和实验等研究方法,制定和实施减肥有氧运动处方.通过多种有氧运动练习,改变不良的生活习惯,运动强度控制在本人最大安全运动心率的50%-70%,从而改善大学生肥胖的体型,减少腰腹部的脂肪堆积,增强心血管系统的功能.
