螺旋折流板管壳式换热器壳程传热强化研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON SHELL-SIDE HEAT TRANSFER ENHANCEMENT OF SHELL AND TUBE HEAT EXCHANGES WITH HELICAL BAFFLES

摘要 对螺旋折流板换热器和传统的弓形折流板换热器进行了壳程传热性能和壳程的压力降的对比试验研究,测试了不同螺旋角的螺旋折流板换热器的壳程传热性能和壳程压力降,结果表明螺旋折流板换热器的螺旋流动强化了传热,且其壳程压力降比弓形折流板换热器小。 Through the comparison experiment, the shell-side heat transfer performance and the pressure drop of the helical baffle heat exchanger and the traditional segmental baffle heat exchanger were studied, and the shell-side heat transfer performance and pressure drop of helical baffle heat exchangers of different spiral angles were tested. The results demonstrate that the spiral flow of the helical baffle heat exchanger has enhanced the heat transfer and the shell-side pressure drop is smaller than that of the segmental baffle heat exchangers.
