摘要
侦查证据的相关性是侦查逻辑理论和侦查实践中的一个重要问题。它包括经验相关性和逻辑相关性两个方面,而其中最主要的方面就是侦查证据与侦查假说之间的因果关系。借助于条件分析的方法,这种因果关系可以划分为四种条件关系。借助于现代概率论,这四种条件关系可以用概率来定量刻画。
The relativity of investigation evidence is an important issue for logical theory and practice. It consists of experience relativity and logic relativity. And the main aspect is the causality between evidence and assumption. By condition analysis, this causality can be divided into four causality, while by modem probability theory; these four causality can be described in quantity.
