摘要
氟乙酸钠和氟乙酰胺是国家禁用的剧毒灭鼠剂,但一些地方仍在非法使用,给人民生命财产造成很大危害。本研究报道一种氟乙酸钠和氟乙酰胺的核磁共振测定技术,其灵敏度比国内外同类方法高4倍以上,能够准确鉴定生物样品中微量含氟灭鼠剂。用该技术首次查明了1995年广东省高要市大型中毒事件的原因,在中毒病人的抢救与治疗、公安系统侦破此案过程中起到了关键作用。另外,该技术对于其他含氟毒物、药物的测定具有参考意义。
A sensitive and selective 19 F NMR method is described in this paper for the detection and identification of the two banned rodenticides. These two compounds could be differentiated from each other by the method. With computerized signal accumulation for about 5 hours, this method could identify the two rodenticides as low as 1 mg/L, which is lower than the reported detectable limit (4 mg/L). With this method, sodium fluoroacetate and fluoroacetamide were identified in a victims blood as well as in the gastric contents, liver, heart and intestine tissues from dead individuals.
