摘要
目的从西蒙1号甘薯茎叶中提取不同部位,并筛选其抗肿瘤有效部位。方法用水及有机溶剂回流法,从西蒙1号甘薯茎叶中获得其水提取物(SW)、乙醇提取物(SA)、氯仿提取物(SC),以K562、EAC、H22等癌细胞株及S180、U14荷瘤鼠进行体内外抗肿瘤活性筛选。结果SW、SC对K562、EAC、H22的IC50为176.7~1616.6μg/ml,SA对K562、EAC、H22的IC50分别为23.8,62.9,106.3μg/ml。SA2.4g/kg口服10d,对S180、U14荷瘤鼠的抑瘤率分别为48.2%,53.4%。结论西蒙1号甘薯茎叶有一定的体内外抗肿瘤活性,其乙醇提取物为抗肿瘤活性部位。
Objective\ To extract different portions from leaves and stems of sweet potato Simon No.1 and investigate their antitumor activities in vitro and vivo.\ Methods\ The portions were extracted from leaves and stems of Simon No.1 with water(SW),alchohol(SA) or chloroform(SC).\ Their antitumor activities were tested with K562,EAC,H22 cell lines in vitro and S180 sarcoma,U14 cervical carcinoma in vivo.\ Results\ IC 50 of SA on K562,EAC and H22 cell lines exposed to SA for 24 h were 23.8,62.9 and 106.3 μg/ml respectively;in the same conditions,IC 50 of SW and SC on these cell lines was 176.7~1616.6 μg/ml.\ The inhibitory rates of SA(2.4 g/kg p.o.×10 d) on S180 and U14 in mice were 48.2% and 53.4% respectively.\ Conclusion\ The antitumor active portion in leaves and stems of sweet potato Simon No.1 may exist in its alchohol extract(SA).
