摘要
选用1日龄健康AA肉鸡400只,随机分成4组,Ⅰ~Ⅳ组在饮水中分别添加肌肽0、20、40、60mg/L,试验期6周,研究肌肽对肉鸡抗氧化功能的影响。于每周末每组随机抽取6只鸡采血,测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果表明:与未添加组比较,肌肽各剂量组可显著提高血清中SOD、CAT、GSH-Px的活性,显著降低血清MDA含量。由此得出,肉鸡摄入肌肽可以提高机体的抗氧化功能。
Four hundred healthy AA broilers of one-day-old were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups in the experiment.Carnosine was added to the drinking and addition dose at I to IVgroups were 0,20,40 and 60 mg/L respectively for 6 weeks.6 broilers from each group were randomly selected to pick the blood respectively at the each weekend.Activity of the superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and content of the maleic dialdehycle(MDA) in the serum were determined to study the effects of carnosine on anti-oxidation function in broilers.The results showed that:activity of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px in the serum was all enhanced ,and content of MDA in the serum was reduced remarkably by carnosine in different doses compared with the control group.Therefore, anti-oxidation function of organism could be increased when carnosine was added to the drinking in broilers.
