本文从理化性质、化学污染物和微生物污染三个方面论述了动物源性饲料产品的卫生质量鉴定指标。文章对各项主要鉴定指标的意义、限量标准和控制措施作了较为详细的阐述。
The evaluation indexes of hygiene quality of feed products from animal sources were discussed in three aspects of physical and chemical quality,chemical pollutants and microbiological pollution.The meaning of the main items, the standard for limitation of the indexes and the control measure for hygiene quality of feed products from animal sources were described in detail.
