摘要 在以H ganas碳-氢两步还原法工艺制取高性能海绵铁粉的基础上,进行了氢还原实验,获得了以国内某赤铁矿和某磁铁矿为原料制取的氢还原铁粉,并且分析了其化学组成和有关物理性能,研究了氢还原温度、还原时间、矿物原料组分、粒度等参数对还原铁粉性能的影响。对如何改善还原铁粉化学和物理性能做了一定的思考,并提出了一些建设性的意见。 With some domestic hematite and magnetite ores as the raw materials, sponge iron powder with high perform-ance can be obtained adopting Hǒganǎs C-H two-stage reduction technique, and hydrogen-reduced iron powder can be prepared after a further hydrogen reduction process. The chemical and physical characteristics of the final products have been analyzed, and the influence of temperature, reduction time and mineral constitution on the quality of iron powder has been investigated. Based on the study, some advisements for powder quality optimization and constructive ideas for further actions have been brought forth.
