The Effect of Ultrashort Wave and Acoustic Frequency Electricity on the Expression of TNF-α in the Tissue of Patients with Hyperplastic Scar

摘要 目的:观察超短波和音频电治疗对增生性瘢痕组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响,探讨TNF-α在增生性瘢痕发生、发展过程中的作用,以及两种治疗方法的作用机制。方法:选择伤口愈合12个月后的增生性瘢痕24例,随机均分为治疗组与未治疗组,治疗组采用超短波与音频电治疗,治疗2个疗程后于瘢痕处取材,同时于未治疗组瘢痕处取材,另取10例正常瘢痕组织的石蜡切片为对照组,利用TNF-α、巨噬细胞和T淋巴细胞的单克隆抗体对三组瘢痕组织进行免疫组化分析。结果:与未治疗组比较,治疗组瘢痕组织恢复良好,TNF-α阳性细胞的百分比较高。结论:超短波和音频电治疗可以升高患者瘢痕组织的TNF-α阳性细胞百分比,促进瘢痕组织的成熟。 Objective:To study the effect of ultrashort wave and acoustic frequency electricity on the expression of TNF-α in the tissue of patients with hyperplastic scar and investigate the role of TNF-α in the hyperplastic scar and the mechanisms of both treatments. Methods:24 cases of hyperplastic scar tissues were collected 12 months after healing and were divided into the treated group and the untreated group. The treated group was treated by ultrashort wave and acoustiv frequency electricity. After 2 courses of treatment, tissues were collected from the scar tissues of both the treated and the untreated groups and another 10 cases of paraffin sevtions of normal scars were collected from the control group. All the three groups were analyzed immunohistochemically using the monoclonal antibody of the TNF-α, macrophage and T leukomonocyte. Results:Compared with the untreated group,the hyperplastic scar tissue of patients in the treated group recovered better and the percentage of TNF-α masccline cells was higher. Conclusion : The therapy of ultrashort wave and acoustic frequency electricity may step up the percentage of the hyperplastic scar tissue of patients and promote maturity of the hyperplastic scar tissue of patients.
