摘要
介绍用AT89C4051和555两块芯片组成的高精度温控开关单片机应用系统,该系统利用电阻系数大、灵敏度高、线性度好的NTC热敏电阻作为信息的采集,并与555组成多谐振荡器,实现温度T与频率F的转换。同时运用软件编程灵活多变的优势,通过对频率变化量的检测,及采用线性化处理的方式,最终实现高精度控制温度可调的温控开关的设计。
This paper introduces a design for a highly sensitive temperature detect switch (TDS) system based on MCU,which consists of only chips:AT89c4051 and 555 . the system employs negative temperature confficient (NTC) thermistance with high resistance,sen- sitivity and good linearity to collect the temperature data. When combining with chi P555, a multivibrator is obtained to convert the temperature signals into frequency data. The frequency data are then linear processed with MCU and serve as the input of the system. Due to the flexibility of software programming system, the temperature can be contolled simultaneously through the TDS.
