摘要
分析了医院门诊楼智能化建设的现状,指出了门诊楼智能化建设的特性和配置要求,提出了智能化门诊的服务设计理念。重新整合了门诊就医流程,设计并实践了全新的HIS门诊就医业务流程,为门诊"人文服务"提供了一个理想的提升平台。
Abstract This paper analyzes the present situation of intellectualization of hospital outpatient service building, points out its characteristics and disposition requirement, and proposes the design of intellectualized outpatient service. After rectifying outpatient procedure, our hospital designs and practices the new one, which provides humanism service for outpatient.
