摘要
在分析了我国招投标活动中存在问题的基础上,结合实际提出了相应的改革措施,希望通过各方努力,使我国的招投标市场走上规范化、法制化轨道,招投标工作更上一层楼。
Based upon analysis of the questions existed in present bid invitation and submission activities in our country and combined with practice corresponding reform measures are proposed in order to normalize bid innovation and submission market and make it go on legal and standard track and make progress in bidding work through joint efforts.
