摘要
柔性脱粒滚筒是一种新式滚筒,它用弹性材料制成的柔性直齿代替传统的刚性杆齿。实践证明,其可以大大降低脱粒损伤率。为此,通过分析柔性脱粒滚筒对籽粒的打击过程和打击次数,阐述了柔性脱粒在降低损伤率方面的优越性,找到了影响打击次数的因素,为柔性脱粒滚筒的进一步研究奠定了基础。
The soft threshing platen is a new platen .In this platen,the traditional and rigid pole tooth was replaced by soft tooth. It has proved by practice that the rate of damnification was declining obviously. The paper expatiated the advantages of soft threshing in depressing the damnification of seed and discovered the influencing factor of striking time in base of analyzing the course and time of hit of the soft threshing platen . This established the basis for further study of soft threshing platen.
