摘要
利用PIV技术对陶瓷球颗粒在竖直管内的流动进行测量,为下降管中流动混合过程热交换规律的研究提供理论支持。实验结果表明:在所采用的下料方式下,陶瓷球的运动是一种匀加速运动;在运动过程中,陶瓷球之间有相互的碰撞,但次数很少;陶瓷球与管壁也有相互碰撞,而且比陶瓷球之间的碰撞几率要大得多。
Measuring the motion of spherical ceramic particles in a vertical duct by PIV to provide theory for the process of heat exchanging in the down flow tube reactor. The results showed that the spherical ceramic particles motion was even accelerated motion in our way of particle feeding; particle-to-particle collisions were very little in the process of motion; it also has particle-wall collisions, and the rate was larger than the particle-to-particle collisions.
