摘要
食用菌液体菌种培养器,是针对液体菌种的发展和制种要求而设计的液体菌种培养设备。本培养器采用了气升式原理对培养液进行搅拌,培养液的进出以及无菌空气的进出均为全密封管道式,减少了培养液与外界接触的空间,增大了密封程度,从而降低了菌种培养液的杂菌感染率。同时,在培养液发酵过程中的温度控制、压力控制、pH值控制、加热与冷却系统等都采用了自动控制,并且实现了在位灭菌,提高了菌种生产率和质量,为食用菌液体菌种培养器的设计提供了参考依据。
Culture container for liquid fungus is a culture equipment of liquid fungus that has been designed according to the development and seed's request of liquid fungus. This container can mix round culture liquid through gas ascend principle. Culture liquid and germfree air pass in and out completely hermetic pipeline, so tangent space between culture liquid and environment is lessened, airproof degree is augmented, and, bacterium infection ratio of fungus' culture liquid is reduced. During zymolysis of culture liquid, temperature control, pressure control. PH value control and calefaction and cooling system etc are controlled automatically, real-time killing bacterium is realized, and productivity and quality of fungus seed are improved.
