摘要
针对蔬菜传统的热风干燥和单纯远红外辐射脱水干燥形式所存在的各种问题,采用混合加热和并流引风技术方案,将远红外辐射与热风两种加热方式优化组合,充分发挥各自优点,整合成为一种全新的混合加热式干燥技术。由于蔬菜脱水干燥初期,干燥过程以热风对流换热为主,干燥后期以远红外辐射换热为主,设计的供风管和引风管,其连接管直径自上而下依次减小,因此供给各层干燥箱的热风量自上而下也相应地减小。
To many kinds of problem for the way to traditional vegetable heating dry with warm wind and simple far-infrared radiation heating dry, the method of joint heating and technology of parallel-flow led air to optimize the fabrication of far-infrared radiation and warm wind, each advantages have been displayed, which is a new technology of the manufacture of heating dry. The penman designed the diameter of tube for led air and tube for supplying air in the device is reducing from upper part to low part, so the warm wind of each dry box reducing from upper part to low part, because of in the early phase of dehydrate vegetable, the dry process give priority to use of warm wind heating dry, evening phase of dehydrate give priority to use of far-infrared radiation heating dry.
