酸雨和O_3复合污染及酸雨单因子污染对马尾松的伤害症状及其生理反应比较研究

摘要 比较酸雨和O3复合污染与酸雨单因子污染对马尾松伤害及叶片生理指标变化的影响。对马尾松幼苗的外部受害症状进行观察记录,测定其叶片的叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)、过氧化物酶活性(POD)、丙二醛含量(MDA)、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量等生理指标。结果表明:复合污染比酸雨单因子污染对马尾松幼苗伤害更严重,生理指标变化更明显。复合污染处理导致马尾松叶片叶绿素、MDA、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量下降,CAT活性降低,POD活性提高,在单因子酸雨污染条件下,叶绿素的含量变化不明显,说明该种类在此项指标方面对酸雨有较强的抗性;在CAT活性方面表现出随污染物浓度的增加而明显上升,且差异各处理均达到显著水平。POD活性方面也表现出随污染物浓度的增加而增加,且各浓度处理的差异均达到显著水平。MDA含量是随污染物浓度的增加而增加。差异比对照达到显著水平。而在可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量方面则污染处理的与对照的变化值无明显差异。酸雨单因子污染和O3复合污染在症状和生理指标上不同的变化,说明同一种植物对不同污染物的反应强度和变化动态有相当大的区别,对于进一步研究生物物种的独特性状对不同污染物和浓度的反应和适应特点,探究其组织结构和生理生化性状对污染物作用特性的综合表现的差异性及生态复杂性提供了更多有力的证据。 Physiological and foliar symptom response of Pinus massoniana to combined pollution of ozone and acid rain and single pollution of acid rain were studied. Three treatments (pH7.0,pH3.5 and pH2.5) were used for acid rain experiments, and another 3 treatments (pH7.0+O30ppb, pH3.5+O3200ppb, pH2.5+O3400ppb) for combined pollution of acid rain and ozone experiments. Besides feliar symptoms, some physiological indexes such as chlorophyll, Catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble sugar content, soluble protein content were analyzed. The results showed that combined pollution of acid rain and ozone had severer foliar symptoms and significant differences of physiological indexes tban single acid rain treatment, Except for POD activity, there were significant decrease of chlorophyll content, CAT activity, MDA, soluble sugar and soluble protein content when Pinus massoniana exposed to combined pollution of ozone and acid rain. In the treatment of single factor pollution of aid rain, the change of chlorophyll content was not evidence, indicate that the species have stronger resistivity to acid rain in the index, CAT activity was increase with the concentration of pollution matter increase, POD activity was also increase with the concentration of pollution matter increase, MDA content was also increase with concentration of pollution matter increase. The contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein had not distinct change with to comparative treatment. These different characters in injure symptom and physiological index after single factor pollution of aid rain and aid rain with O3combined pollution showed that same species has distinct difference in its reaction intensity and change trend then it is polluted by different pollution matter,and provide more powerful evidences to research species specially character and their different reaction and adaptation features and study on ecological complexity.
