COX-2在恶性肿瘤血管生成中作用机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 研究表明,前列腺素合成限速酶环氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2),在肿瘤的发生发展中有重要作用,其可刺激上皮细胞增生,抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡,促进肿瘤血管生成,增强肿瘤细胞侵袭力,介导机体免疫抑制和突变,而其中血管生成与恶性肿瘤生长、侵袭和转移有密切关系,是目前国内外恶性肿瘤生物学及治疗学领域研究的热点和难点。笔者就近两年来对环氧合酶-2在恶性肿瘤血管生成中作用机制的新研究进展和其抑制剂的临床应用的国外研究状况作一介绍。
