摘要
文章介绍了高强度标准件用ML35钢的生产工艺流程,并对随机抽取的100炉ML35钢的化学成分、力学性能做了统计分析,结果表明,化学成分稳定,性能波动小,工程能力指数都在1.00以上。冷顶锻试验基本全部合格,脱碳层检验结果为平均深度0.12mm。所以莱芜钢铁总厂试生产的ML35钢符合GB6478-86标准要求,可用于制造8.8级高强度螺栓。
This paper introduces the technology process for producing high strength ML35 steel used for standard part.Through the statistics and analysis to chemical composition and mechanical property from 100 heats ML35 steel,the result states that this steel has stable chemical composition and has very small waving for property and the engineering ability factor is over 100.The cold top forge test is all qualification and the deepness of decarbonizing layer is average 0 12mm.The ML35 steel produced by Laiwu Iron and Steel General Works meet the requirements of GB6478-86 standard,it can be to make 8 8 class high strength bolt.
