摘要
旅游市场的激烈竞争使得对游客满意度的分析十分重要。游客满意度来源于旅游活动中的期望与知觉间的差异,而期望与知觉都深受旅游中文化互动系统的影响。如何适应这一文化系统内部的各种文化差异成为不断提高游客满意度的重要手段。
It is important to analyze the tourist' s satisfaction degree because of the strong competition in the tourism market. The satisfaction degree of the tourist comes from the expectancy and sensibility which deeply influenced by the cultural interaction system during the tourism activity. It is a principal method about how to adopt the difference of cultures in the tourism activitv for improving the satisfaction degree.
