摘要
【研究目的】探讨鲜食大豆的分类方法,分析鲜食大豆品种数量性状间的遗传距离;【方法】对近年育成的12个鲜食大豆品种进行了主成分分析,计算了彼此间的遗传距离,并通过离差平方和法进行了聚类分析;【结果】16个数量性状可简化为4个主成分因子,即株型因子、产量因子、结荚因子和粒型因子,且这4个主成分因子可保留91.54%的信息量,测算了各品种间的遗传距离为0.94% ̄8.38%,平均为4.63,12个品种被分为4类,地理远缘品种在遗传上不一定远缘,而近缘品种由于选择方向不同可能成为遗传远缘;【结论】在选育鲜食大豆品种时应根据育种目标确定各主成分值大小;在评价资源间遗传差异时,不能仅以地理来源和亲缘关系为依据。
[Objective]To grope assoeted method in vegetable soybean and analysis the genetic distance ot the quantitative characters between vegetable soybean cultivars; [Method] According to the analysis method ,12 cultivars of vegetable soybean were analyzed. The genetic distance of the cultivates was calculated. Deviation square method was also applied to cluster analysis; [Result] 16 quantitative characters can be simplified 4 principal components, plant type factor, yield factor, pod factor and kernel type factor. These 4 principal components can account for 91.54% variance. According to the principal components, the genetic distance between cultivars was calculated, averaging 4.63. By cluster analyzing, 12 cultivators were classified into 4 groups. It was found that some varieties whose genetic distance was close were classified into geographic distant groups, and some varieties whose pedigree was close had larger genetic distance due to the different selection criteria. [Conclusion] During breeding vegetable soybean cultivar, the value of the principal components should be made sure, according to target of breeding. To evaluate genetic difference of castor germless, the geography origin and pedigree couldn't be regarded as the basis only.
