摘要
介绍了最新开发的汽车用含铜高强度热轧薄板和冷轧薄板。在超低碳钢中添加1%以上的铜,利用含铜相的沉淀硬化,获得了高强度和优良成形性兼备的冷轧和热轧薄板。含铜热轧薄板是一种热处理强化类型钢,经时效热处理使铜析出,产生强烈沉淀硬化,钢的抗拉强度在原基础上提高200MPa以上。该钢的优点是具有400MPa级钢板的成形性,而抗拉强度可达到600MPa。含铜冷轧薄板在保持IF钢优良深冲性能的基础上,其强度超过IF钢的强度上限,该钢平均塑性应变比高达1.9,抗拉强度可达590MPa。
The paper describes the newly developed Cu bearing high strength hot rolled sheet steel and cold rolled sheet steel, which possess combination of good formability and high strength by utilizing precipitation hardening effect of copper in extra low carbon steel with copper content more than 1 %. The Cu bearing hot rolled sheet steel is a heat treatment strengthened steel, and its strength is increased by 200 MPa by short time heat treatment after forming. The new steel has a formability similar to 440 MPa grade steel but with a strength increased to 600 MPa. The Cu bearing cold rolled sheet steel has excellent deep drawability as IF steel, and its strength exceeds upper limit of IF steel. The steel has a very high r value of 1.90 and a tensile strength of 590 MPa.
