摘要 结合国道主干线广州绕城公路西环南段北江特大桥主墩承台实例,介绍173t整体式钢吊箱围堰在深水高桩承台施工中的应用及大体积混凝土承台施工的温控措施。钢吊箱吊杆采用拉压杆方式,设计受力明确,制造简单,下放定位准确,施工速度快;大体积承台混凝土施工温控措施得当,效果显著。 Based on the experiment of main pile bearing platform in Beijiang extra-long bridge which located at the south section of west-circle in Guangzhou circle highway of national road, application of steel suspension box-cofferdam in high-stake bearing platform in deep water whose weight is 173t is introduced, as well as the temperature controlling measurements for construction of bearing platform with mass concrete. Strut-and-tie way is adopted in steel suspension box hanger, and the result proved that its advantages are remarkable. The advantages including the clear designing stress, simple fabrication, accurately introducing locate, fast construction, reasonably temperature controlling in the construction of mass concrete bearing platform, etc.
