摘要
政府目标与市场需求两大要素、两种力量是区域创新体系演进(形成与发展)的基本推力。探讨了区域创新体系发展研究的基本动力,得出了区域创新体系动力的四种模式。
As two kinds of elements and forces, government goals and market requirements are basic driving forces in the evolution of regional innovation system （formation and development）. This paper discusses the basic dynamics of regional innovation system and induces four patterns of regional innovation system dynamics.
