摘要
通过润滑分析,利用电动滚筒的散热计算与谐波齿轮传动齿面流体动压润滑计算相结合的形式,进行了温升计算、润滑油的选择、最小油膜厚度润滑计算和加油量计算,满足了散热和动压润滑的要求,解决了电动滚筒采用谐波齿轮传动作为传动装置时的润滑问题。
hrough lubrication analysis, combining the heat calculation of electronic cylinder and the hydrodynamic lubrication calculation of teeth on harmonic gear drive, the calculation of temperature heating-up ,the choice of lubricant ,the calculation of minimal oil-film thickness and the calculation of lubricant quantity were carried on, which satisfies the request of heat dissipation and hydrodynamic lubrication. The lubrication problems of transmission devices on harmonic gear drive were resolved in electronic cylinder.
