摘要
基于施工资源局部优化建立的Petri网模型输出和资源能力之间的关系,采用施工资源强度柔化的总体优化方法调整工序所需资源,使工序的持续时间加长或缩短,从而降低资源平衡性指标,给出了柔化的取整准则、方向准则和幅度准则,并进行了证明。最后以工程实例与最小方差法进行了优化效果的对比研究。结果表明,柔化方法与工程管理习惯一致,能够大幅降低传统方法优化时的计算工作量,得到更加优化的平衡性指标。
Based on the relation of Petri nets output and resource capacity, a general resources optimization method named resource intensity flatting is put forward, which lowers the balanced index of resources through adjusting the resources number of activities so as to lengthen or shorten their durations. The integer conversion rule, direction rule and range limitation rule of flatting are presented and proved. Finally, an example is optimized for the comparison with the current method. The result shows that this method is consistent with engineering management, and can lower the calculation load to get a better balanced index of resources. 1 tab, 4 figs, 8 refs.
